If you’re wondering, my name is pronounced “mary·joe” (let me know if you got the pronunciation right in your first try)! I was born in the Philippines and grew up in Taiwan before coming to the USA and eventually calling Los Angeles home with my husband, Andy. I just fell in love with this city. The food scene, diversity, and versatility of having beaches, mountains, and desert within 2 hours reach is just pure magic. You’ll probably always catch me with a camera in hand, sipping coffee, walking around some city (most likely getting lost) and hitting all the food spots.
When that’s not the case, you’ll find me binge-ing shows and movies with Andy. You best bet romance is my fav genre, which is why I’m stoked that I get to ask you and learn about your love story!
Anywhere with you: Our Story
Anywhere is our favorite place to be when it comes to telling your love story through film and photographs. It is also our favorite place to be with each other.
Our story began when Andy repaid a favor by helping out on a film shoot. There he met Marijo. She tossed out a sarcastic comment, and he answered back with his own quip. They each walked away thinking the other was alright in their book.
When the project finished they continued a working relationship, collaborating on several projects over the course of many months. They enjoyed working together and talking technical mumbo-jumbo about cameras, art, and travel. They were happy, close friends, and deeply in love.
They just didn't know it yet.
Strangers in restaurants, on the street, and even grandmothers at weddings would mistake them for a married couple. They started to think everyone had gone crazy, or maybe they were just really REALLY slow.
So they decided to give it a go. Everything clicked; they realized they HAD been slow. So to make up for lost time they were married within a year!

We are here for you. Everything that matters to you, matters to us. If you’re stressed about not knowing what to do during your engagement session, I will guide you and make you feel comfortable. Candid pics dancing with your siblings are important to you? Heard. You not stressing over photos & videos on your wedding day is our priority. We got you.
CRAFTED WITH-
We love using light and our surroundings to get creative, all while staying true to your vision. Incorporating locations and details that speak to you makes it fun and rewarding. Running around, playful kisses, and hugs that make you feel warm inside are always the vibe – and with a touch of film and digital formats, you’ll feel all the feels for years.
INTENDED FOR-
Capturing your day as true to you. Developing a connection is so important to us because it’s how we can create pieces that are authentic and nostalgic.
