From “Bossy Supervisor” to Best Friends
for Life
Tracie and Andrew’s story started nine years ago at a restaurant — Tracie was the supervisor and Andrew was the bartender (cue every great rom-com setup!). They were friends first, with that kind of effortless connection that just makes sense. After five and a half years together, they finally decided it was time to make it official — and they did it their way.
“We’ve been through so much, but our relationship seems to get better every year,” Tracie told me. “We’re passionate about starting a family. We want to show our kids one day just how much fun and love we’ve shared over the years.”
Their love feels lived-in, real, and full of little everyday joys — like walking the neighborhood, cuddling with their pets, or just being silly together on a lazy afternoon. It was so important to them to have wedding photos that felt like them. Nothing posed or forced. Just honest, beautiful moments.

Authenticity Over Everything
One of the sweetest compliments Tracie and Andrew shared was this:
“We love your eye in all of them. The county fair photos were so authentic!”
That word — authentic — means everything to me. My approach to photography is all about capturing love as it is, with a mix of documentary storytelling and editorial flair. Whether it’s a cinematic kiss in golden light or a quiet glance between soulmates, I want your photos to feel like you — real, raw, and timeless.
